Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance

The Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance (PACA) is a co-op of co-ops! We are worker co-ops, food co-ops, housing co-ops, artist co-ops, credit unions, energy co-ops, and school co-ops across the Philadelphia region. A co-op is democratically-owned business controlled on a one-member, one-vote basis.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people in the Philadelphia region by supporting democratically organized businesses, promoting the principles of the international cooperative movement, and growing the cooperative economy.
