PACA is a proud member of the Alliance for a Just Philadelphia! The Alliance is a coalition of over 35 grassroots organizations across Philly, who see our struggles and our victories as intersectional and interdependent with one another. Together, the Alliance fights year round for the city we deserve. 

This year, we were proud to lobby for the 2026 Be About Us People’s Budget alongside the Alliance for a Just Philadelphia, National Domestic Worker Alliance, Pennsylvania Working Families Party and Reclaim Philadelphia. 

While PACA is of course working to win resources for co-ops with our co-op grant fund ask, we’re also excited to be advocating and working towards funding for many other organizations, initiatives, and programs. We’re working to fund the Office of Worker Protections, libraries and rec centers. We’re advocating for no tax cuts for the rich, increased funding for immigrant programs, funding for L&I to launch a pilot proactive inspection program for rental code enforcement, funding the Built to Last Home Repair Program, and more!
