Introducing: PACA Technical Assistance Monthly Office Hours! The TA office hours are for you if you are an emerging or established cooperative in the Philadelphia-area, to get feedback and guidance on something you are working on — without a full technical assistance contract. These office hours are free to attend! We are launching with a one-hour once-a-month option, every first Thursday of the month from 12-1pm ET. The first session will be on Feb 1st, 2024! Fill out the Office Hours Registration Form, to be considered.
Please note that since these are drop-in office hours, PACA staff will not be giving workshops or prepared educational content in these timeslots. If you are looking for this prepared educational work, please visit the “Work With Us” tab on our website and consider submitting an intake request.. If, however, you’re looking for an experienced co-op developer thought partner on your co-op’s business plan, by-laws, policies, governance structure, decision-making models, financial model, budget, conflict resolution, transitioning from a privately-owned enterprise into a cooperatively-owned one, or your other such co-op needs — this can be a great place for you!
We will be working with a new applicant each month. If we select to work with you for the month, please expect an email confirming your selection and next step details. Right now office hours are on the first Thursday of every month from 12-1pm ET. We only serve Philadelphia-area cooperatives/emerging cooperatives. We’re excited to work with you!
